Description
The Arpeggio is an uncommon burst-fire assault rifle in ARC Raiders that shoots in 3-round bursts using Medium Ammo.
It deals moderate damage, has solid accuracy, and comes with a 24-round magazine and good stability.
This makes it great for players who prefer controlled mid-range fights instead of spraying nonstop bullets.
Since every trigger pull fires three shots, the weapon works best when you land full bursts consistently.
Crafting & Where to Get the Arpeggio
You can craft the Arpeggio at your hideout’s Gunsmith bench, but the station must be Level II to unlock it.
Once available, you only need common materials—typically 6× Mechanical Components and 6× Simple Gun Parts—to craft it.
You do not need to find a special blueprint; the recipe appears automatically once your station reaches the correct level.
How to Upgrade Arpeggio (Levels I → IV)
The Arpeggio has four upgrade levels: Arpeggio I, II, III, and IV, all done through the Gunsmith. Each upgrade increases fire rate, reload speed, and durability.
For example, Arpeggio II gives about 20% faster fire rate, 12.5% shorter reload time, and +10 durability.
At Arpeggio IV, the boosts climb to around 60% faster fire rate, 50% quicker reload, and +30 durability.
Higher levels require more Mechanical Components and stronger crafting parts gathered from raids.
Best Attachments & Mods for Arpeggio
To get the most out of the Arpeggio, focus on attachments that boost recoil control and shot consistency.
A Compensator or Muzzle Brake helps manage recoil, keeping bursts tighter. A Stable Stock improves handling and reset time between bursts, which helps you stay on target.
An Extended Medium Magazine gives more bursts before you need to reload, which is crucial since missed bursts burn ammo fast.
Together these upgrades make the weapon feel sharper, steadier, and more reliable.
Arpeggio in PvP: Is It Good?
In PvP, the Arpeggio can be effective but situational. It performs well when you land shots cleanly in medium-range fights.
If you connect full bursts, you can win duels against other Raiders. However, its burst damage is lower compared to full-auto rifles or high-impact weapons.
In close-range or against aggressive players who rush nonstop, the Arpeggio may feel underpowered.
Many people use it as a budget tactical weapon, but it is not a top-tier choice if you prefer raw damage or fast spraying.
Arpeggio Tier & Meta — Community Opinions
Most of the community places the Arpeggio in the mid-tier, often B-tier or C-tier.
It’s not weak, but it doesn’t match stronger rifles like Anvil, Bettina, or Ferro. Many players describe it as the true meaning of “mid” — usable and reliable but not standout.
Some players argue that with full upgrades and good recoil attachments, the Arpeggio performs much better than people expect, though it still doesn’t dominate in most matchups.
Common Problems & Tips for Using Arpeggio
A major drawback is how missing bursts wastes damage. If only one bullet lands out of three, you lose time and fall behind weapons that fire continuously.
This means you should play with precision, firing when you’re confident the burst will hit. Its armor penetration is moderate, so it won’t melt armored ARC machines.
For that reason, pairing it with a shotgun or fast secondary helps handle close-range threats and tough enemies. Playing smart angles and avoiding messy aim duels is key.
Recommended Loadouts and Playstyles for Arpeggio
A popular loadout is using Arpeggio as your main mid-range rifle, backed up by a close-range weapon like an SMG or shotgun.
Use Arpeggio to hold sightlines, punish enemies who peek, and finish weakened foes. If someone pushes aggressively, switch instantly to your secondary.
A smart playstyle is to fight from cover, shoot in controlled bursts, then reposition before enemies close in.
Because the Arpeggio doesn’t have the fastest DPS, aim discipline, distance control, and timing are what truly make the gun work, especially after recent balance changes favor accuracy over spraying.
